Johnna Pfanner - President

 Johnna Pfanner  started her career in construction working in the field while earning her degree in Construction Management. She gained extensive experience in the construction industry while working in various roles from Superintendent Assistant to Project Engineer. While working for Sage Consulting Group, she started the construction loan monitoring division and developed it into a separate company as Sage Capital Services. 

Serving as the primary contact for lenders and owners, Johnna operated and developed the construction loan monitoring business for projects of all sizes, specializing in SBA & CRE loans. Under her management the business grew consistently over 26 years by providing the industry with exceptional customer service, accurate proven expertise, and timely loan monitoring services. 

In January 2019 Johnna started Nationwide Construction Loan Monitoring, LLC (NWCLM) and purchased the construction loan monitoring business from Sage Capital Services.

As Owner and President, Johnna has made NWCLM an industry leader by providing lenders with the highest quality product, most accurate, and highest rated customer service, in the industry.
